Why bother

This is the 2nd time I've asked this and no one has a clue what's happening there, its been 9 days since its opening and we've almost hit peak numbers since

This is a case in point of damned if they do damned if they don't
Proactively built this place for overflows and because it's not yet being utilised the govt are getting grief.
If they hadn't built it and there were people in the corridors on stretchers the same people would be calling for heads

They built it knowing there was going to be a massive surge in numbers that was their words not ours/mine

And yet they've mentioned it once since its opening and that was like 4 or 5 days ago

They've since said they were repurposing two more and they've repurposed a morgue on an airport

Where are these mentioned

Three more Nightingales almost completed, no customers as established hospitals refuse to hand them over, why share the praise.

They are building them oop North too. We are talking about hitting “ The “ Peak. I think the Government is preparing for  “ Many “ Peaks. I am not a fan of the Governments handling of the crisis but perhaps this is a smart move on their behalf. I am pretty sure there will be fresh waves of illness when we get back to work
