No shortage of Razor Blades in the Shops as half the Male population has been brainwashed by Adverts that a Beard is the in thing ,the Amount of beards in Adverts quite incredible .. Perhaps its the Beckham Beard that started it all ... Just shows how pathetic some Men are ....
And of course we have the Hipsters and our other bearded friends , I would say the shaving Industry is in trouble ... |

I've been clean shaven for 40 years or so but stopped shaving on Monday. I live alone and don't see many people so can't be arsed to shave every day. Also, it will probably do my skin good to be fallow for a while.

Same boat as you, giggilo. I've had a beard for about 6/7 years now, ever since my legs packed up and I can't stand up long enough to shave. As good excuse as any, and I did several years of shaving everyday when I was in the forces.
Last time I left the house was for my infusion a month ago, and next time will be for my infusion next week. Go to the turkish now and again to get it shaved up, as there is one I can get dropped right outside of and stagger into without any disasters possible. Obv that's out of the question now I've had the letter to stay in for 12 weeks ![]() |

My mums house bound now till june 6th terminal lung cancer,at least i can walk about all these people that could die or live longer is a disgrace, whatever anyone says the NHS should be in a position to sort these people out,the NHS has been run into the ground..Nursing home patients are sent back to die as we've seen and they don't even get added in the figures,an absolute disgrace
they won't treat them if no beds et are available, god knows what the figures are, disgustung homes wiped put and no effort to try and even save them.. |

I'm amazed at how neat and tidy most of the tv presenters have managed to keep their hair. No salons are open, and its unlikely they all have a hairdresser in their family. Iv'e ordered myself a set of Wahl Senior clippers. These are the dogs b0llocks of clippers. Gonna give it a go.

I leave the whole lot for a fortnight and then shave head and face completely. I'm ok with beards but for me personally they are too irritating and two weeks is as much as I can take with one.

2 weeks on and the beard is still going strong, i'm quite liking the "shipwrecked" look.
Anyone else still growing theirs? |
