How time flies!!!
This quote taken from a book looking at George Harrison
published in 2013
George was the youngest Beatle but apparently the most shrewd even though his royalty rate was only a eighths of Paul/John
Was the first one to visit the USA before fame and was the first
after the split to visit there
Probably best known for financing the British film renaissance in the 80s with The Life of Bryan
Died aged 58 at Pauls house in Beverley Hills
Ringo was apparently the glue which held the band together
Bit of a joker
George was only interested in playing music
He started a charity gig in 1970 for the Bangledesh a forerunner
of Liveaid
George said the time spent playing in Hamburg were his best days where they learned their craft
