I always felt there was always a bad taste from the family side from the start with that publicist type Radd Seiger on the scene. It always felt like they were chasing litigation eventually, and so it turned out. They went all the way to the US, and then turned down the opportunity to meet Sacoolas. The Mum Charlotte said she didn't even want Sacoolas to go to jail. Clearly it was a genuine accident, extreme bad luck for Harry wrong place wrong time. Clearly Sacoolas shouldn't have fled the country but her coming back to a UK trial to get a likely suspended sentence only to fly home again wasn't going to achieve anything. If she was drunk or banned or driving deliberately recklessly on purpose it would have been more understandable, but it was a pure accident.
