NHS save lives....have they saved you during your life?

1986 consultant saved my life after I went to a & e with a painful blocked ear.Turned out to be big problem.Always grateful to him and I imagine lots of us have similar stories of thanks for the NHS.

I was told I nearly died at birth. I also have a decent sized scar on my chest from an op I had when I was a baby.

Patched me up after a serious car crash 30 years ago but doubtful that I would have died .
Maybe saved my son during difficult birth though so a big thank you for that

Yes , removed a Tumour from Bladder , Caught early ,so far I have been lucky ..
