Had a long chat with my ex doctor who tells me at 74 years of age he hasn't had a days cold in years.
The reason he told me this was part of a conversation on the C/V naturally . Now this is the big part and one I will defo try out,he says we would all be safe from any virus if we all take "Fire Cider" every day. "Fire" because its bleedin hot
Google it guys and the recipe is there,it looks disgusting but he said he enjoys drinking it and it does him the world of good.
One final thing,he says if we keep fit,stay healthy and keep off the junk food,we will be fine.

That's right,keep fit and it wont kill you,sound advice.
Interesting that he also said in all the years he was a G.P, the flu vaccines over the years were useless, and any vaccines for this now would take at least 5 years to be tested over and over again and even then it might not be suitable to be used. He stressed gentlemen that any vaccine they offer WOULD DO MORE HARM THAN GOOD. Cant tell you how surprised I was charley dear. |
