Attending GP surgery

I called mine last week (I've got shingles).  They sent me a text with a link and so I had a video appointment on my phone which ended up with them referring me to eye casualty.  But if I didn't have a smartphone they'd have seen me at the GP surgery

No chance anyone is getting appointment to go in there imo

Well I have(to see the nurse) for blood tests, that routinely get done.
