Cheers, so people still going out to do their numbers? ffs.
I gave it up years ago but know people who would now be desperate to make sure their numbers were on just in case.
Couldnt make it up. Totally agree with lock down for now but ffs

you can play online prepared, most tickets I imagine are sold online

national lottery I never play, doubled ticket price in recent years, then increased the odds of winning by 30 million/1 by adding 10 new balls, then took away all their raffle prizes.

the point i'm trying to make is not everyone can play online, yet we all know those people will continue to do there numbers
"just in case" i 100% agree with lockdown etc and save lifes. But how the fu ck are things like the lottery still going?

lottery money contributes towards society projects so maybe government doesn't want to stop money going towards good charitable causes.

It's certainly not just going it's going hard. I had the radio on today and they were promoting tonight as a 4th rollover. That wasn't recorded 2 weeks ago.

Seriously though, why stop it. I see no reason at all. If "they" start doing things that are obviously NOT reasonable, they'll lose support instantly.

Should temporarly divert all the funds to the NHS, at least that is a cause worth buying a ticket for.

People are allowed to go shopping.
Lottery ticket will be just another item on their list.
Not sure why you would want to stop it.

It's the one thing that I missed at the weekend. You can play online of course but not sure how secure the site is. Shall put next weekend's loser on sometime in the week, next time I go out.
