White van man is doing his bit,he always parks in the middle of the street

I had always thought that parking on pavements was illegal but it is up to the local council and it is illegal in London but not so much elsewhere in the country, i know from experience it is illegal to park across an entrance that a vehicle needs to exit by (usually a driveway)

Its a particular problem for people with prams and people in wheelchairs.
Inconsiderate and should be illegal.

The Blind can rattle their sticks of the car as they pass abd damage the paintwork.

Parking on the pavement is illegal as far as I'm aware but so is going over 70 MPH on a motorway yet many/most don't care

In most streets where I live, people walk in the middle of the road, stepping between parked cars as and when moving vehicles approach them. It's tough for women with buggies because there isn't always enough room on the path for them.
