Are waiting times the same for everyone ???
I have a friend who's mother passed away 3 weeks back , still 2 weeks till the funeral .....

My symphathy goes out to your friends.my sisters funeral yesterday no service just burial 5 family at graveside.tragic for my mum who was there 87 years old

It's not just that people can't attend the funeral.
If you're a religious sort affected by a bereavement, you can't go to a church or synagogue either, it'll be shut. For some people that'll have been their outlet |

It was 4 weeks for my grandad and 3 weeks for my grandma
Grandad died in 2018 and Grandma was in Jan this year My uncle it was 5 weeks I think which was 2017 Seems normal wait but depends where you live |

It's not just the wait for a funeral, a lot of people never see their relatives after being taken to hospital in an ambulance and aren't even allowed at the funeral, heartbreaking.
