Report politicspunter April 4, 2020 2:54 PM BST
Well done squares. Some real toughies there. Think it's better though if we just keep to bands OR songs rather than a combination.
Report squares April 4, 2020 2:55 PM BST
I took my lead from you Aspro.

I must be getting used to the way your mind works, but I found pumphol's impossible yesterday.

I'm curious how you do it.  I made up a list of what appeared on first glance to be suitable songs and artists, some of them I had an idea of a clue I wanted to use straight away but in the main made up the clues afterwards.

And then the clues required to help you guys along, I made up as I went along.
Report squares April 4, 2020 2:57 PM BST
OK pp, I will split them up for the next two and do one of songs and one of artists.

Initially I was worried I wouldn't get enough artists as Aspro has done so many lately, although I could probably do different clues to some he has done recently and not even realise.
Report Aspro April 4, 2020 2:59 PM BST
That's precisely how I do it Squares. I just go through songs of each era and whilst browsing I think of clues. If I can't think of one quickly I move onto the next the next one until I find something that fits. As for the follow-up clues, same as you, I make it up as I go along.
