Bored out my nut
Played poker few times ends the same riverd by someone that’s gone all in befor the flop with queen seven hits trips or two pair
Cleaned the house while mrs home schooling little one
Done that !
Walked the dog !
I was very chipper last week but hit the skids today !

Just saw a tin of Cuprinol fence paint going for £120 (11 monthly installments available) on e bay

to the OP .If we are in for a long stay indoors ,just remind yourself we will all have good days and all have bad days ,and feel positive one day then see something on the news or online which deflates our mood ,just got to get through it.Going for a walk sometimes helps.

Still doing my usual 5K run everyday. Only noticeable difference is the depressing reality that there are other runners, much more senior than myself, who gleefully overtake me as I plod along in my own time.
