Learn how to do (and then do) repairs to rusted areas on van
Completely empty shed, dispose of junk, re-fill shed
Scrape moss etc off block paving
Creosote shed
Learn a computer programming language
Dust the guitar off and try to work out why I learnt in the first place
Clear out my email inbox
Delete x hundred photos and videos on my phone
Clear out the loft of junk deposited there over the years.
Go through the wardrobe and get stuff ready for charity shop/tip
Make lots of batches of home-brew

Good! Write goals down.
Pretty much EVERY book about how productive people are productive is setting the goals. Step 1. Do it.

Now ... set a timescale? :)

That's an intersting one as I just looked at it  yesterday, and (in most cases they autodelete but as this was not such an account, not) .. I had a proper worth readubg email from about 2 years ago (not joking) I feckin missed!

If you DO go into your junk box and appropriately say "this is not junk" it helps train the filter and is good for you in the long run anyway.
