Good! Write goals down.
Pretty much EVERY book about how productive people are productive is setting the goals. Step 1. Do it. Now ... set a timescale? :) "Clear out my email inbox" That's an intersting one as I just looked at it yesterday, and (in most cases they autodelete but as this was not such an account, not) .. I had a proper worth readubg email from about 2 years ago (not joking) I feckin missed! If you DO go into your junk box and appropriately say "this is not junk" it helps train the filter and is good for you in the long run anyway. |
