He makes a very valid point ... perhaps now is the right time to say it because millons of people under lockdown will remember it and hold the Government to account at the end of it all. Proves the message that we should have been spending more on the Infrastructure of the UK was correct all along. Economic policy has to take into account social structure and peoples wellbeing ...
