They'll come in handy in 18 months, when money is worthless and we resort to barter.

here it a tip for anyone who wants to give up smoking and have no side affects what so ever.
and you need is an elastic band.
1=place the elastic band round your wrist.
2=if you feel like having a smoke just pull the band so it bounces of your wrist.
3=a psychological thought will enter your sub conscious mind as soon as the band hits your wrist that you do not need to smoke .
4 =the more you bounce the elastic band against the wrist the neuro association between the band and the sub conscious stops you wanting a smoke.
5=its so easy and no cravings.Cool

there is two ways to hold a sh1t,one is to tighten the cheeks of your bum,and the second way is to hold it with your mind .Grin
