get up 3 hours earlier,  drive to asda and stand in a mile long queue to get your bacon, rolls and foil.

go back home,  pop the bacon under the grill, butter a roll and pop it in some foil. Job done.

on a serious note is the greggs range at iceland good? I see they do heaps of the greggs stuff

Coffee from a flask tastes awful, £2.20 for a coffee and a bacon roll is a bargain. Would be hard to make it at home for cheaper.

It's the milk steralising in the flask that gives it a funny taste imo Ibrahima. I always take cold milk with me in a little bottle.
