when will the lockdown start??

Yep total lockdown,tories have been catastrophic just look at the places where there were no cases suspicious figures in 20s like when it started,no place untouched if it hits these hospitals they are in such deprivation bares thinking about..Where i lve it will be criminal the hospital is desperately underfunded,been admitted several times everytime has been a nightmare situation..the lockdown should be now before more cases spreading upwards through country..
