At roughly 3% death rate, the rate wont be that much different from average for the time of the year, the cause of death will just be different.by July we ll all be out in the sun enjoying ourselves wondering what the panic was about.& just maybe we ll all be more caring & thoughtful human beings.

But for the deaths I think a period of realism brought by an event like Covid-19 is good for the people and businesses of every country. It focuses on value, and not just financial status, and me, me, me only.

The death rate might be pretty normal, it's the uncertainty that's concerning for most eg a smoker and/or a heavy drinker is more likely to get related diseases eg lung/throat cancer and cirrhosis respectively than one who does neither.

But, Covid-19 does not discriminate.

China is claiming that they have had 81k cases, with 3,261 deaths.
They claim that they have just 5,353 active cases remaining, giving a mortality rate of 4.3% for completed cases.

Now, we don't believe them, there are many more deaths.
So, are there more deaths within the number of reported cases, or are there many more unreported cases, some of whom will have survived.

Which is it?

Between 1918 and 1920 a disturbingly deadly outbreak of influenza tore across the globe, infecting over a third of the world’s population and ending the lives of 20 – 50 million people. Of the 500 million people infected in the 1918 pandemic, the mortality rate was estimated at 10% to 20%, with up to 25 million deaths in the first 25 weeks alone.

Dearest rosemary,
It was a limpid dreary day, hung as in a basket from a single dull star.i thank you for your letter.
Outside I perceive what may be a collection of fallen leaves tussling against a trash can.it rings
like jazz in my ears.the streets are that empty,it seems as though the bulk of the city has
retreated to their quarters ,rightfully so.at this time it seems very poignant to avoid public spaces.
even in the bars,as I told Hemingway, but to that he punched me in the stomach,to which I asked if
he had washed his hands.he hadn’t.he is much the denier that one.why,he considers the virus to be
just influenza,I’m curious of his sources
The officials have alerted us to ensure we have a months worth of necessities.zelda & I have stocked

Please pray for us.

Why do you think I'm so opposed to you calling me little edy?

edy • March 6, 2020 12:56 PM GMT
It's not a comeback, as much as it is an explanation why you, if you really are not a bully, should not be calling me "little edy" or similar. Something I have asked you to not do over half a dozen times without you listening.

Thank you for being a considerate grown up.

Why do you nonetheless feel the urge to bully me yet again by calling me something you know hurts me? You said you hoped you didn't hit a nerve. Please act according to your words. Thank you Happy
