Annoying things people say ,add yours if neccessary

for some reason recently peoples answer to a question is preceded by 'Yeah,No'
Also 'Very Unique' .Its either unique or it isn't ! A racing one possibly started by Ruby
Walsh is "back of the last".So you mean the last  then .Why add "back of the " it adds nothing.
