Refunded a half-payment on a house in Newmarket over the Craven meeting yesterday.
Very speedy and efficient but, my feeling is, that if the Craven this year were scheduled one day later, or AirBnB's cut-off date one dat earlier, I would not have got my £900 back.

Is anyone a host on Airbnb? I know these are tough days but my sympathies are mostly with customers.

As I said in another thread I got €600 back from an apartment in the canaries from the host - was through booking dot com rather than air, but same thing.  Was past the date for refunds - some people just do the right thing even when they could take the money.
