1 million old people would be dying in that time frame anyway ,so it's really a case of whether the virus is what hits them first .
250,000 is a very low number imo Italy's deaths number is likewise very low AT THE MOMENT but it's if it continues on an upwards curve ..... |
|
By:
250,000 will be dying in that time frame anyway so guess what, they are just giving you basic death figures and passing them of as "virus deaths", for whatever agenda they are up to
Wakey wakey |
|
By:
it all depends how long into their illness they are dying kind sir . If they are dying 3 months earlier than expected then there is possibly a plausible explanation /reason.
whether ordinary flu would push that person over in the same way i'm not sure . we will know in the coming weeks |
|
By:
1 million might be a little high actually ...probably 700,000 oldies (at a guess) i'm sure figures are out there
|
|
By:
think you have to go to 120,000 to beat records related to this type of reason for deaths in a winter period
could be a lot more as so much is hidden |
|
By:
the thing with this virus is it's only just got started and is on the up ,so these are early figures and also measures are being done to arrest that figure .
with normal flu we take no measures I think it would be naive to expect numbers to tail off on their own with no intervention |
|
By:
a very serious unknown(to us) virus coming from China should be taken very seriously
I am interested in the other figures of winter deaths in this country from COLD to lung related relentlessly every year but hardly a squeak about it these are huge numbers why the silence on them as THE VIRUS sends us into economic downturn most interesting ps and fkin up a third of my income from soccerball - just for starters |
|
By:
100 % of my income gone moisok and living on savings atm ....but still wouldn't want someone dying .
having said that ,no reason why footballers cant kick a ball about in an empty stadium if everyone else expected to work |

but how about the hourly workers, the self employed and with families - wtf are they going to do
as you know, so many are a short distance to failure/bankruptcy all brought on by the 'toilet roll' panic with dripping roof or burst pipe - lights going out etc will the scareys want them over their threshold kaye burley and her crew have a lot to answer for what happens when the larders and bog roll cupboards are full - we will be back to normal or even down abnormal less purchasing |

casemoney - pretty much so and other outlets and living on savings as it was ...but i am used to losing runs so will see how things go ...not money orientated but need to survive so will look at the general work situation out there at some point ...interesting times for us all

It is the projections of what might happen that are causing the alarm. Those who have sadly died in UK have ALL had serious health issues and may well have died within this calendar year in any case but that may not be the case going forward.

so the right wing response is we,re all going to die anyway at some point so jog on and get armed to the teeth as in usa,
you can bet your bottom dollar those who say we,re going to die anyway are those pensioned to the hilt, secured housing, insured to the hilt planning to live till their 120 ![]() ![]() |

we,ve seen it all before the only time the plebs are1st in queue is when it comes to be the 1st over the top, just look at them oin tv multi billionaire,s branson, charlie dunstone, rooney, celeb chefs ,resteraunt owners scrambling for cover begging for bailouts as they sack staff ,throw them on the streets, these were the people bailed out last time and prospered through the recovery, bailouts this time should go to the public 1st,any dreams of business cascading any help down to the bottom are a national joke
