This weekend - so many people out and about with bad coughs!!

teacher next door to me who is a little bit ditzy at the best of times anyway has had a bad cough  most of this week, and she's been going to work   

i just thing educating people about this is a total lost cause

The worst of it is that right now it's probably not the Chinese virus she has. So she's going to be making people ill, who will then get the Chinese virus on top of it. That's what will destroy the health service and leave vast numbers of us dying in our homes.

People are always coughing, last time I was on a bus (2 months ago) out of the 6 on the bottom deck 4 of them were coughing, sniffling and farting all the way to our destination

I don't cough unless its the flu/cold

If I cough its deffo off esp this time of year when my chances of getting the cold/flu has well passed

Usually get the cold/flu from December-mid Feb

Never after that timeframe

IF I get the flu, haven't had it in 2 years, last time I got it was December 2017 into Jan 2018

just seen on the news people stockpiling their trolleys  with toilet rolls ,meds etc   ...   send them off to St Kilda island off Scotland with their trolleys for a month for  bit of self isolation  for some common fooken sense

Viruses work by getting inside the cells your body is made of and then hijacking them.



No virus can hijack the cells the body gets invaded and the immune system is tasked with destroying anything that shouldn't be there ffs

They don't anything about the virus though, its new and can't be dealt with

But here is the above, how it invades, what it does when it invades and how the body reacts to it
