The NHS has coped with millions of new patients in the last decade without a funding that supports open boarders.

Worldwide there have been nearly 5,000 deaths. By comparison, an average of 17,000 deaths a year have been linked to influenza in England over the past five winters.

Comparing they figures is dodgy  because of different  triage systems and general  population ages in different countries, also there does appear to be a ace2 gene factor. Its taking down plenty in italy but what can we learn about this bracket, what meds were dead in Italy on, what is a connecting factor at play? Is it BP meds?

Is that 15% of the dead are under 40, at a guess are they male and heavy smokers?              Not much news from Russia on covid? Heard a story about what North k was doing with suspected cases , not taking any chances there.Shocked

Look at the people who are actually getting it, on percentage terms. Germany and UK expecting up to 70%, but even Italy is still a fraction of 1% confirmed cases... where is 70% coming from considering Italy has been suffering for many-a-week now. Am I missing something?

The 16 temporary hospitals built in China have all closed. So why should 1 in 6 here be hospitalised?

Well I'm confused. What's going on now looks like self-destruction. Everything is closing down and for what?

Okay tell the old they shouldn't be mixing, but for most people who catch it the virus it's little more than stuff we get every winter.
The test they do can't be accurate - for how can people be testing positive without any symptoms if the virus is so aggressive?

What's happening in China? 3,000 deaths. Is that all for an epidemic given the population?
And they've announced the peak of the outbreak has passed - well that was quick.

With a China population of 1.435 billions n 2019, is the virus short of victims or something?
