Parents are due to Fly out end of March for 3 weeks.

No refund unless either Aus or the UK ban flights.

No point in going for 3 weeks when in self isolation for 2.

The flights will be empty!

Good idea because three old people have died of a virus from out of a  population of  25,644,800.  It's a National Pandemic. Crazy

My partner due to fly back from Aus in early April, I'm hoping that will not be a problem, she is anxiously keeping track of the local news.

I presume she lives in the uk Invicta?

Would it not make sense for her to try and get the next flight back?

Good chance by then all flights to and from Europe will be banned by then.

2 week quarantine already been put in place and if numbers to continue to rise throughout Europe then can see Oz shutting its borders completely.

She might be safer staying....but there is the cost of her staying of course

maleuk01, yes UK citizen, have suggested what you say but circumstances dictate she needs to be there until end of March at least, looking after very ill family member so she will not come home until she knows all is sorted. Her visa runs out on April 12th, due to fly back on the 9th.
