they are going bust anyway - no hope of staying in business.  They will have cancelled thousands of flights and holidays.  They just sent me a text saying my flight on tuesday morn was cancelled with no options for rebooking or using another airline, therefore in breach of EU regs.  The UK gov hasn't said that all Spain is "essential travel only" so unless they know that is coming very soon, they are a bit premature.

Hard to see them surviving. Are folks going to get their money back though?

I'm due to fly next week, really didnt want to go. More than happy it's cancelled. Hope I get a refund.

they've cancelled everything to canaries and spain for an unspecified period.  Did you pay by credit card?  If they go bust you can claim against the CC company.

On a side note, i flew with them last week for the first time and was impressed with the overall service. Much better than ryanair, easyjet & wizz.

So the woman who rents the apartment is going to refund us as there are no flights despite being under no obligation to do so.  There are some first class people about and they always shine through in adversity.
