DC pots are literally paper money, unless you're living of the income and/or withdrawing capital to live off. It's actually beneficial for those in the vast majority, still in the accumulation stage.

There are of course S&S ISA's, sharesaves and the like with a bit more relevancy. A relatively small number of people will be relying on dividend income, which will likely see reductions in the short term.
