it's not exactly rocket science, is it ? was always gonna be people aged 20 to 40 in the poorer moving to richer countries who were most likely to take advantage of free movement many of them never to return to their home countries
was hardly likely to be a rush of people from the uk, germany and france rushing to move to say bulgaria |
