People with the full TV package getting a £4 increase.

People with full 'legacy' packages ( ie if they haven't phoned up in years) +£4.50

Another £2 on top of that for customers with broadband unless they have the latest fibre broadband 'superfast', as that broadband subscription is the only one not increasing.

Sports/Movies not going up.

The increase is £2 on basic package, £1 on HD and £1 multiscreen.

They have a nerve still charging for HD some 14 years after it was made available on Sky. Give Murdoch sweet FA.

Less product for more money...

If you are under 30 you are not a customer.

sky are a bit odd on their broadband pricing. When I first moved to them they didn't charge for line rental for about 3 years (though the offer was 18 months).  I then moved to a fast fibre offer of £27 (12 months) which was less than the slower broadband.  Two years later and they are going up to £31.  Going back 5 years I was paying BT £45 a month for standard broadband.

I was on the 'entertainment' package and they increased my bill by £2 per every six months. Sky free now but miss the box for recording.

Isn't there a Freeview box which lets you record programmes?
