Help required on snooker thread please
Betfair can't be trusted when the 5 second clock is in operation.
Anybody happen to be betting on this match last night using Gruss? If so, I would be VERY interested to hear from you if you can produce a Transaction Log from the in-play section of the match.
BF voided all bets on the match 10 hours after it was settled, citing that it never went in-play.
