Mine came on time delivered by a 70-y-o paperboy.
It was a bit damp.
Very annoying as I had to put it in the oven on a low heat to dry out.

I collected mine from the nearest shop at 8.30 as usual. Only a 5 mile drive each way and they had turned up there as usual. No significant rain here yet though.
