I would have thought that getting extremely drunk anywhere near a swimming pool is extremely dangerous myself.

doc reveals that the deceased was not gay and was invited to the party where there was 2 girls and 5 gay , some in the party admits to seeing Barrymore rub cocaine onto the lads mouth against his consent , Barrymore would only answer no comment to these accusations.there was massive damage done to the lads back passage , and from expert advice only 3 persons could have done this Barrymore, his lover and one of the other lads, Barrymore says these injuries was done after his death.

been extremely sober is a far worse state for people,for what happens in Barrymore,s swimming pool,imagine been sober and suffering what that lad suffered

These photos have never been made public, and have been struck from the documentary for their graphic nature – with the team instead using an autopsy diagram and graphic descriptions from the coroners who examined the body. Speaking to Metro.co.uk, Owen explained: ‘I didn’t really know the severity of the injuries but I’ve seen the photos by the way, they are the most horrific thing anyone could imagine seeing. ‘We thought long and hard about whether to put them in the film, but they are just too gruesome. As soon as you see them, you know…’ ‘There are internal injuries where he’s been completely ripped open, so you can see why they didn’t see them – they’re internal, there’s no point,’ he added.

Barrymore denies involvement. Then states injuries were not seen on the body at his house, therefore they must have been inflicted at the mortuary ! This was immediately debunked, as the post mortem proved that injuries occurred before the person died.
Barrymore then stated injuries could have been caused to the deceased when ' slipping/falling ' into the swimming pool.
Obviously a falsehood.

Even if somebody was culpable and another broke silence and pinned it on them no jury will convict them without evidence.

Detectives investigating the death of a man whose body was found in entertainer Michael Barrymore's pool say they have new information about the case after a renewed appeal last week.

Stuart Lubbock, 31, was found dead at Barrymore's home in Roydon, Essex, on 31 March 2001, having suffered serious sexual injuries.

Police offered a £20,000 reward for information leading to a conviction.

Didn't get to watch the end, as the graphic details of Lubbock's anal injuries put Mrs H off her beef wellington.

Suggested fisting was a possible cause.

I'd like to see the accounts of all the people there as to where they were at what times, what they did etc.

The initial 999 call, the guy speaking is (Very) high on my suspect list.

Hardly a party with 9 attending.. imo. All these years i was imagining at least 20-25 people. Also, was under the impression the deceased was a gayer. Absolutely convinced he was straight now.

there were a couple of things missing from that documentary, the lad who died was a regular cocaine and ecstasy user it was picked up at the autopsy, he'd had a fair bit to drink and might well have been out of it for the episode around the pool

there was a report (no idea who by but possibly 2 people said) that the boyfriend of barrymore was seen dunking the victims head 3 times while they were in the jacuzzi, I think that came out in the 2nd police enquiry but I never heard it said when I watched the program

there was also a comment in that 2nd investigation that there was some time between lubbock being found and 999 being called,it wasn't instant

it was thought that in that period things were tidied up and barrymore did a runner before the 999 call was put in but that wasn't made clear in the documentary, they just focused on his pa going in later but evidence could already have been removed before the pa got involved

linking the above, from the documentary 2 of the men were said to be in the jacuzzi with the victim prior to him being found in the pool, one was named as the boyfriend the other was the guy that phoned 999

Everyone at that party was high on cocaine. Most guys out on a Friday/Saturday night are high on Cocaine.  most = over 18 to 50 yo groups of guys.

Barrymore was on Breakfast tv this morning with his solicitor.. Stated he hadn't seen or spoken to any of the guests at that party since that night...   and nobody asked him why not?
