We should not allow ourselves to be ruled by gays...
I think that peoples genuine religious beliefs should be respected. I am not asking for the return n of gay bashing, but can't we just keep a sense of proportion here? |

It is not as if Israel is going round saying I don't like poufs As with that baker in N.Ireland it is a deeply held religious belief he feels he cannot change, I think we should acknowledge it. I believe strongly he should be allowed to play Rugby League. |

Gays have prevented Israel Folau from carrying out his trade in Australia, both Rugby Union and Rugby League now they want in this country. I am not taking issues with Follau but I read his statement. He didn’t single out gay people. It was not particularly nice what he said but his Old Testament was aimed at a number of groups of which homosexuals were just one.
It seems the people who want a row are focused on his homophobic views. Tbh both sides seem to just want a row |

It’s odd that folk get offended by people they either don’t know, don’t like or both.

It is sad that probably the most honest and and decent person in this argument is Israel Folau. I think he holds his views honestly. I also think it is sad that he believes some old pony not written by God but by man. |
