Silence.=They say you can not listen to silence!

but i have a problem with silence.=1 .i can not hear it.2.i can not see it.3. i can not touch it.4.i can not smell it.5.sometimes i imagine i can feel it,but i guess that is only and old saying"you can feel the silence.
so,if i can not hear,see,feel,touch,or smell the silence how do i know it is there?

and where does it come from,?who sent it?,and where does it be?even when i know its about i can do nothing to find out where it is hiding.strange thing is this silence,maybe its all imagination,and there is no such thing as silence.
but sometimes i know its about.someone must have seen it once because everyone says it is golden.

im thinking that myself Shane, but sometimes you hear judges ordering Silence in the courthouse.
And every time it is snowing i always think that silence is about.

is there any noise when bears sh1t in the woods?

it depends how close you are to the bears,if the distance between your ear drums and the bears behind are in hearing range the silence will break.

loving your work as ever brassy, maybe the smell would put me off....

it could be interesting theory for people who smell the silence.IN the bear theory the smell of silence would be broken by a new direct fragrance omitted from the bear regardless of the distance from ear drums to bears behind.
but a great theory to find out if it is possible to smell silence.

We will all be thinking of a Bear in the WOODS ,breaking the sound of silence.

as long as the bear has no matches....

Anyone isolated in a totally soundproof room will begin, after a while, to 'hear' all sorts of noises - music, speech, traffic, in fact just about anything that's up there in the memory. If we shut our eyes, visual memories eventually emerge. The same thing happens with our ears.

So, if you lose some of your hearing range, the brain follows the same procedure and induces tinnitus to fill the vacuum. It also sometimes induces 'musical ear' overlaid on it. This is where you permanently have a soundtrack of music you know from the time before deafness playing every waking second in your ear. I have it, being deaf, and I'm grateful for it quite frankly, because it means I rarely notice the screeching and whistling and rumbling of tinnitus that's also going on. I can consciously change the song or piece of music which I 'hear', but there has to be something there - it will never switch off.

For some reason, if I don't consciously think about it, it will always revert to 'Silver' by Echo & the Bunnymen.
