There are some presenters who are so fixated on grinning that they do it even when delivering bad news.

You never saw inane grinning from the likes of Reginald Bosanquet or Andrew Gardner.

He has a very annoying habit of continually picking his mug up off the table during the BBC Breakfast programme.
Hardly anyone else does it, they wait until the camera cuts away
But he does it like he's one of the girls having a chat in someone's living room having a coffee morning.
He's a complete ****

yes,  but what does he do?

Fills in reading the autoque when they are pushed and presents Football Focus on Saturday lunchtimes that everyone happens to miss

Yes it was an oppourtunity to get some kudos 4 himself. But a fitting memorial/tribute
