Having a break from booze. Started on December 27th, going until February 13th. I drink every day, often too much, my BP is high and my bloods results are really poor. Habit not addiction (I hope) but I'm on day 8 and will let you know! Blood test due on February 17th.
I'll probably get a clear set of results and go on a bender! |

Nice one Paul and all the very best with it. I see a mirror image of myself in your writings. I was on 20 Marlboro Red and at least a ten pack of continental 5% lager a day for years, with added whisky most weekends. Switched to roll-ups to save money and I'd do well to get four days from a 25g Golden Vag.

Tanned it all save for a few rollies on New Years Day morning and been clean ever since. I'll be staying clean now until at least my birthday in may again. If I can do it, ANYONE can do it.
