Anyone see those three docs on BBC4 last night?  Marvellous and fascinating stuff!

Christine McVie is undoubtedly the longest-serving female band member of any of the enduring rock ‘n’ roll acts that emerged from the 1960s. While she has never fronted Fleetwood Mac, preferring to align herself with ‘the boys’ in the rhythm section whom she first joined 50 years ago, Christine is their most successful singer-songwriter. Her hits include ‘Over My Head’, ‘Don’t Stop’ and ‘Everywhere’.

After massive global success in both the late 1970s and mid-1980s, Christine left the band in the late 1990s, quitting California and living in semi-retirement in Kent, only to rejoin the band in 2013. In this 90-minute film, this most English of singers finally gets to take centre-stage and tell both her story and the saga of Fleetwood Mac from her point of view.

Well worth 90 minutes of anyone's time WinkCoolLove

INXS documentary on BBC 2 was top class.  What a great band they were.  Very sad how it ended for Michael Hutchence

It appeared to be somewhat of a wonder that they all survived.

Having said that .... Ronnie Wood did - and  is 72

Saw them just after they released Rumours . Didn't appreciate what I was seeing at the time . Right up there with Floyd , Zeppelin & Genesis as one of the great 70's bands Love

Pity they've fell out with Buckingham as they are nothing without him IMO.

Remember seeing them at Man City's old stadium in their prime but watching a current concert (think it was San Diego) on you tube it's clear they have lost it.

I find it amazing that someone of the ilk of Neil Finn is playing with them.
