it sort of pulls itself to the wide outside and if you were in outer space you would say to yourself"Earth is coming on the wide outside and is starting a good looking run on the bridle"

Can someone explain the physics of the earths wobble too and fro, givng us the seasons and the shoteset day and that?
Because a thought occurred to me that why does it wobble, lets call it in the y-axis. What's to stop it just spinning in that axis, why wobble to and fro. I'm thinking of that Newtons law where something carrys on going if theres nothing to stop it. |

It's the sun that orbits the earth, not the other way round.
If I sit perfectly still in a field; a plane, a bird, a drone - all move above me. As does the sun. The sun even drops below ground level, adding further credence to the argument that the earth is flat. |

Earth's Obliquity Today
Today, on 23 December 2019 at noon, Earth's axial tilt, or mean obliquity was 23.43668° or 23°26'12.1". Earth's mean obliquity today is about 0.00001°, or 0.04", less than 30 days ago. The Arctic and Antarctic circles today are 1.2 m (4 ft) closer to the poles, and the Tropic of Cancer and Tropic of Capricorn are equally closer to the equator than 30 days ago. |
