You won't be surprised to hear that bf customer service is shi t, but if perhaps a few of you messaged them maybe something will get done. I messaged bf a couple of days ago to get the college football bowl games up on the exchange. They're all on the sportsbook no problem though - surprise surprise. If any of you have a moment to contact them about this I'd be grateful. It kicks off tomorrow and not one game on the exchange

Yeah, always on each year without fail case. They actually turn over a decent amount as some casual viewers get involved over the christmas break it seems.

Just got through to someone - chasing it up etc etc. A great example of trying to get everyone on the sportsbook instead of the exchange imo

I did just yesterday and, whilst I didn't get the answer I wanted, I did get a prompt response. |

I may have to do that I suppose Angoose. The messaging service is a waste of time. You get through quickly enough but the person on the other end is usually clueless.

Hello kenbo! Hank Jr is doing well thanks. Not done an update in a long while because there haven't been any more surgeries. We're not sure if or when another heart surgery will happen, and most of the people that were interested in an update aren't on here any more anyway. I hope you and your lady are doing well.
