Black lives matter a lot imo and should be given some slack   ... i just think  when you're white in a white society you are privileged to some extent .

When i walk up the road  i just go about my business ...no one really notices me apart from a friendly hello  and i feel at one with the world .

If i was black ,would i get that same friendly reception ?  would folk be more guarded  .... i wouldn't know what others are thinking about me  ... you wouldn't know  and it's not the best of feelings esp when you know there are racist people in our society ...and you don't know who they are .

If i walked into a shop would people think i was maybe shoplifting ,or if on a street corner dealing with drugs .
