When i was a kid back in the 60s i had Hornby train sets; metal toy cars etc - bet if i had kept them (and the boxes) they would bring a tidy sum now - alas i didn't

i had a dalek from early 60s that was clockwork, and sparked as it moved.

no idea when it got lost, but it would be worth a few bob.


action men got buried in garden after a "friend" had a sh1t in the
carrycase when caught short.

i buy  old toys mainly from car boots  and they are worth a tidy sum especially in their original boxes, most of  the old toys in good cond are worth money ,those old cap guns are now fetching decent  money , when i was a nipper i had a load of those britains lead soldiers some on horseback etc ,i had great fun whacking them with a hammer and smashing them flat ,wadc!

had some tin clockwork  robots in the 60s when i was a nipper wrecked them as well . how does that old song go ......i wish that i knew then  what i know  now now that im older !

i feel more sorry for the kids that had toys yet couldnt play with them.

far more creative to had had a bit of fun with them, ..has to be worth more
than a few hundred quid.
