As we approach the end of another year it'll soon be time to vote for Chit Chatter of 2019 so let's get the short list started:
Baphornet; Trilby; Torquemada; Boxing The Fox; Moisok; Acey Deucey; Dr Crippen; Twizzle; Casemoney
Probably best to throw a few lefties in too for balance:
The Leopard; Anxious; Facts.

Is this similar to SPOTY or do personalities actually count for summat ?
Personalities count.
Adding Mouse Muldoon to the list.
First prize could be a piece of bog paper signed by John Mcdonnell.

Dr Crippen and Bap always make me chuckle
Timbuctooth makes me laugh as well, I find his pro Trump stuff quite amusing but I still convinced he's trolling

its a walk over with do wah getting almost all the votes
bigmo for me, best thread of the forum,no front or malice.
We need an end date for voting and someone to add up all the votes
Of course the short list would reflect what is important .... good humour, tolerance and decency.
My short list would be do wah, Mouse Muldoon, Studyform & bigmo.

lfc1971 for me, the entertainment never ends . morpteh mackem
I often browse through chit-chat and occasionally I'll join in, but I have to agree with a name already suggested.
If there are new posts in bigmo's threads then they are the ones I'll head for first.
The time and effort to maintain these threads, on a nigh-on daily basis, for our entertainment, is worthy of my first ever vote.

Delighted to entertain you, SS! Unfortunately, though, my posts are meant to be serious...
My vote goes to stickyvicky, for his tireless work keeping those pesky lefties in their place.

Edy? I don't think I'm so familiar...
Am I allowed to vote for Poker Queen?

You have to take into account that this is coming from the man who thinks it's absolutely 100% clear-cut proof that the moon landings were faked when one of the crew members refused to go along with some dude aggressively shoving a camera and bible into his face.
...along with other figments of his ...rather creative imagination.

I'm not getting involved here edy. Orioles is too good for me.
Hang on, it's a little ''o'' in orioles.
Same as little edy.

someone who must also get a mention is Pokermonster ...such a gentleman .

Just seen this EvgenyKissin. I assume you were on something when you mentioned my name in your OP? Otherwise, or even so, thank you kindly but I am far from worthy of even a place in the Top Ten!
Too many to mention but for me it's a close call between Akabula and Moisok, so I'll nominate lfc1971

Btw, did you see Yabba on Sky (or BBC News?) late last night with Lucy Beresford doing the papers? What a fkn disgrace she is
Truly appalling person. What she tried to do to Michael Fabricant a few years back was an absolute disgrace as well!
She's only quite recently appeared on my radar Ev. How the...do nonces such as her get airtime?

Yeah, don't want to ruin your evening Trilby - have a look another time.
This is a person who started talking about the scary threat posed by the hard right when she saw a picture of the cast of 'Allo 'Allo! Yes Yasmin, General von Klinkerhoffen and the bloke who says 'Good moaning' are the ones you really have to look out for!

I have my own short list
Moisok for services to diversity and political correctness
Dr Crippen for winding up lefties
and Anxious for excitability.
Very difficult and I apologise in advance for any disappointment but this year I'm going for
Dr Crippen.

I do realise that. Anyone who can support moisok and Drippen baffles me and says something about themselves.
Please yourself Charlie. Last night I had a bottle of Banks's and look what happened, Wolves won and I voted for Dr Crippen. Must be something in it.

Agree.

Whoops sorry, thought this was the annual new year's resolution thread.
I vote for Bigmo - I don't care if she is a woman or a homosexual.
Best - stickyvicky, just for the sheer effort he goes to (desite being insane)
Worst - jucel69, most racist poster.

I though bigmo was a good poster, for the last few years. Unfortunately (for him) he has has exposed himself as an ultranationalist and I think his threads boycotted until he normalises his behaviour.
Too many pregabs
but you get the gist, he's a bigot.

Bad result for your mob in the 1st test today, Injera. Very much as I expected!

Bigmo devotes a great deal of time and effort into his two main threads, a selfless endeavour purely to lighten the day of his fellow Chit Chatters.
Bravo, sir! You have my vote.

I like bigmo's threads but crisp's jokes are off the cuff and well thought through, reacting to what is being said and posting original quips so he gets my vote
that sounds like an oxymoronic sentence lol, off the cuff as in not recycled and new.
Got to be bigmo for me.
