Reckless policies won't help anyone, although some people will get pleasure from wealthy people getting poorer, even though they end up a lot worse off themselves.  I guess if you are a poor pensioner with a life expectancy of less than 10 years and with either no kids, or you don't care about them, then you'll be better off.

Ofc the really wealthy will move offshore, so they are the one's that will end the smuggest.
