Ms Abbott spoke about her son during a TV interview when she was running for the Labour leadership in 2010. Explaining her decisions about his education, she said: ‘I knew what could happen if my son went to the wrong school and got in with the wrong crowd. ‘They are subjected to peer pressure and when that happens it’s very hard for a mother to save her son. Once a black boy is lost to the world of gangs it’s very hard to get them back.

A couple of years ago she wanted the Met to STOP the use of "spit-hoods", a harmless device which protects officers from spitting thugs.

This does serves to show what a good mum our Miss Diane has been.
Rather than risk her son having to mix with a bad lot in a state school and going off the rails. She paid an arm and a leg and packed him off to a private college where he learned to be a gentleman. Well sort of. But as the saying goes - you can't make a silk purse out of a sow's ear. |

Or one cannot polish a turd. Or the environment outside expensive (college) education could be more important than the education itself ie a good education is no guarantee to good respectable behaviour towards others esp law officers; the behaviours of parent(s) are just as key to the future dna of a young adult. |

Sorry to say Ms Abbott is only a force within her own constituency with limited respect only (I've non-Ms Abbott friendly friends in Hackney and Walthamstow) sometimes on sufferance and tolerance; she's not even recognised within "old" Labour only with "chicken" Corbyn - the lowest of the low Labour leader - as leader, mainly because of cronyism. I do not want to sound disrespectful or discourteous but I hope she's not rewarded with a title post her political career - she'd done nothing to warrant it.
'moisok', if the powers to be are serious and willing to stop all these "random" and unnecessary killings of young black youths in the streets of London and elsewhere it would have been much reduced or a non-issue now - its been on-going for a long while - if the parents of the victims have been listened to eg strict measures including imprisonment for carrying a knife for no good reason (I do not mean to protect oneself); the will to do something concrete and quick is lacking, I firmly believe. |

If I was the judge I'd order the removal of the culprits ie the teeth responsible. I'd order to have them extracted at a dentist of the offender's choice - that's only fair. Only immature adults or kids will ever do that - I've never done that to anyone or animal.

There's no need...Tories are doing well as it is - Labour are self-imploding; bringing this up could rebound negatively (unnecessarily) being Ms Abbott and family. The majority the British people will never vote for Ms Abbott as Home Sec - she's form, and lacking abilities even in this carp political arena; always championing her cousins and blaming every governments for their lack of success comparatively.
Self-help is the best possible way forward. It may take longer, but it's assured, secured, sustainable and it lasts. |

Compare the lefty media’s coverage of Abbott’s son’s disgusting behaviour and Boris’s eavesdropped spat with his girlfriend. One, a minor incident, was headline news for a week. The other, a serious criminal offence, hardly mentioned at all.
