A SUSPECTED serial rapist is said to have donned a wig and sexually assaulted a woman on her bed after allegedly telling her: "It is normal, it is what they do in the traveller community."

Should be buried up to his neck in the desert and left to slowly rot no doubt the parole board will see fit to release him in a few years time let’s hope he is beaten to death in prison

cabinet ministers of departments involved in his release should take turns a year at a time putting him up in their house

There are times when death penalty is appropriate .
Instead everyone will have to contribute to keep him alive till hes let out . |

Let us all hope life with no chance of parole and he gets thrown into Belmarsh and his new "neighbours" in the block will spare the monster no mercy.

Another piece of filth receiving less coverage:
https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-7764293/Grime-star-Solo-45-accused-imprisoning-repeatedly-raping-four-young-women.html A 'sadistic' grime star accused of imprisoning and repeatedly raping four young women held a gun to the head of one of his victims for the 'sexual thrill', a court heard today. Andy Anokye, 32, who performs under the stage name Solo 45, denies 31 charges against him at Bristol Crown Court - including 22 counts of rape. |

This spineless coward wouldn't even appear in Court to hear his victims testimony, this has to be stopped, shouldn't have a choice, think Leroy Burrell did the same. Custody officers should use Cattle prongs to force the f@ckers into court imo, pity the indian police force weren't there to shoot him out of the tree, 2 hour standoff indeed!

By:
I'd think 100 hours community service would be just the ticket; mustn't breach his human rights

Why was he allowed so long in the tree ?and should have been dragged to court the cnt

why didnt chop the tree down ?

Evil sex beast Joseph McCann spent his childhood stealing, setting fire to cars and terrorising his terrified neighbours. So violent were he and his brothers that he became one of the first in Britain to be given an ASBO, aged just 14.
The trio ran a campaign of intimidation on their impoverished Manchester estate during the 90s. For years McCann, his elder brother Sean and younger brother Michael struck fear into locals. One told MailOnline: ‘They were a horrible family, absolutely vile - scum of the earth.' The brothers became notorious in 1999 when they were given the first ASBOs and emerged from court defiant. Staring down the cameras, McCann and his brothers, Sean then 16 and Michael, 12, were seen swearing and grinning. McCann grew up on the Beswick estate in Manchester, a deprived area of the city which has now been knocked down. Born in 1985, the son of Richard, a Scottish builder and Margaret, a mother with links to the traveller community, he grew up with a fierce temper and struggled to control his anger. He and his brothers stole for sport and threatened anyone who got in their way. He and his brothers stole for sport and threatened anyone who got in their way. So prolific was the three boys stealing that when they were finally banned from the estate the following year, takings at the local shops increased by £14,000 a week. Forced to moved from Beswick, they headed south to Aylesbury, in Buckinghamshire, and Middlesex where they linked up with their traveller relatives. Former neighbours on a quiet estate in Wealdstone, Middlesex, recalled how they lived in fear of the McCanns who issued threats to anyone who challenged them. ‘They arrived overnight and brought havoc,' one neighbour told MailOnline. 'Everyone quickly got to know about the McCanns. They were awful. ‘Joseph and his brother were always stealing cars. They’d drive the cars around and then they’d burn them on our little green. The police would be around their house all the time. ‘One time they drove this van into the back garden. We called the police and they said it had been stolen about 15 minutes beforehand.’ He added: ‘We heard that they had had to leave where they used to live because it became too hot for them.’ After his years in and out of prison, the McCann family are believed to have finally moved out of Wealdstone for good some six or seven years ago.Another neighbour said: ‘I breathed a sigh of relief when they did. They used to throw bricks at anyone. ‘There used to be a brick wall outside their house. But they took all the bricks out to throw them at people. ‘If you said anything to them they would threaten to beat you up. There were two older boys and one little one. They were really horrible. 'The boys were always out in the street. There was no way of avoiding them. Everyone knew the McCanns. But there was nothing we could do. ‘They were part of a gang. Their house was like their headquarters.’ |

Andy Anoyke ? presumably a true Brit with a pedigree as long as your arm. When will people of all races and religions come to their collective senses and realise that his sort of behaviour is inhuman and will not be tolerated. The only way to cleanse the country of such animals is to exterminate the lot of them.

By:
Utterly ridiculous! 33 life sentences = 30 years minimum. Which judicial plonker decides a minimum of 30 years? I'd have given tht barsteward at least 330 years or 10 years for each life sentence - that's what the USA would do eg that national sports doctor who abused his young American charges got over 220 years. And, he did not even kidnap his victims or subject them to hours/days of humiliation, mental torture and sexual abused.

Judge said he will always be a great danger to the public and a psychopath to boot yet will be allowed to roam the streets one day and only 64 in USA would not see daylight let’s hope he gets what he deserves in prison

By:
A clear cut case like his a long term imprisonment is a waste of scarce resources. I'd incarcerate him for a while then execute him as he's not fit for any society on earth. But, never release him as no release date is safe for any society where he's concerned.
|
|
By:
33 life sentences but you might be out in 30 years these judges are out of control.
|
|
By:
Life sentences are always concurrent here, even for murder, never consecutive.
A minimum time served is always given, and I've not seen one as long as 30 years, other than for a handful of especially notorious murderers. I get that people would be happy for a much harsher punishment, so would I be, but, unless this is the first serious crime sentencing article you have read, why are you guys pretending there were much tougher options available to this judge ? |

Yeah, as I said, particulary notorious murderers. That guy from 1977 was killing people and eating their brains. 30 years the longest minimum I've seen given for rapists. |
