If the money doesn't turn up obviously it can only be chased from Betfair's end as they made the payment. First step is to double check Betfair have the right details for the withdrawal. (Is your card out of date, that sort of thing) If everything is ok maybe give it till Wednesday next week. Then if it still hasn't turned up you need to ask Betfair to send you a copy of the remittance advice. If that seems correct, take the said copy to your bank and say it hasn't turned up.

I wasn't the credit controller at my last firm, but I did work with him and this situation did arise where someone said they made the payment, it was up to us to sort out (laugh) and it was never received. We got them eventually to send a copy of the remittance advice and lo and behold they'd paid the cash into the wrong account.
