I understand it is something to do with our colonial past. It must be - coz they all seem to come from there with these knives they use. It is a cultural thing that racists simply don't understand.

The problem is obvious people and not just in the black community, will not take any responsibility for their actions or the actions of their associates, instead they are continually trying to blame the wider society and the police and the system in general.
