I remember a doctor(lacking in diversity) who refused to refer to a man as 'she' and offended him/her had his license cancelled or suspended because the case was in court.

If people or the authorities cannot hold the medical council responsible for this, then it is pointless expecting a guy convicted of abusing 17 patients to not continue that abuse.

The BMA forced us to import foreign doctors by reducing the number of training places for our own, as recently as 2012. I think it takes 7 years to learn so they'd be coming on stream now.

The reason they cut trainees was to prevent over supply (and protect wages). This, at a time when the government was ushering in millions of extra customers seems inexplicable. You'd think the government of the day would have had a word, instead of rubber stamping the BHA recommendation.

Indeed, only a minority from this community of 2.7m (a small percentage is a huge number) of which 6% represent the inmates of HMP, and very possibly the majority involved concerned sexual offences as evidenced by the truck loads carted to more HMP recently for their crimes up North and elsewhere. The irony is all we ever hear is sexual offences concerning this community, others barely eg Chinese, Italians, etc..

Are we over-reacting to the sexual crimes from this community exclusively? Or is there a genuine concern for the rest of us who'd be on the receiving end of their behaviour? We seem to be reading offences committed from this community alone more than the others combined despite the main media not always conducive to reporting such heinous crimes which could infringe racial discrimination.

And, this is a fact. My female friends from Turkey and Kurdistan and in the medical and legal profession will never be seen by an Asian doctor on his own regardless. Also, they said they'd be disowned if engaging in sexual activity with anyone from this community; these individuals are much-liked, well-travelled and educated with a wide selection of friends except from this community. They are extremely careful when using Uber and always have their mobile on either chatting/texting or pretending to be chatting to mates.

If they are this way inclined what does it say of the community, and us (lay people)?

The problemis  with cultures

In Moslem societies women are covered in black form head to foot. Women are expected to be wives and mothers.

Then they see our society where women dress as they like, often scantily.

These blokes think it is Christmas.....but it is not.


In our country they must obey our laws...or go back where they come from.

I only condemn those that break our laws, not those who don't.

I cannot agree more. I welcome immigration provided the new immigrants integrate, obey and respect our laws; accept and respect our cultures and traditions. They must do so esp if they have come on their own accord, and not invited; they must respect the law of the land.

I'm not s racist, but I do talk about people, religions and cultures with my immigrant friends - if anything I think I've more non-local friends due to my place of abode, and work. We'd speak in general - nothing specific - unless a certain event which is despicable and heinous eg terrorism, and elections eg they'd support Khan for Mayor Of London as opposed to me.

I'm finding it increasingly difficult to accept some activities from this community - it seems to be getting progressively worse each day. They do not seem to care or feel sorry for what they have done - they seem to behave above the law, and proud of it; they also seem to want to challenge the locals, and others, and be dominant. And, worst of all it seems to be almost entirely from this community alone unless the main media have been more conspicuously less willing to air or publish similar heinous crimes of others for fear of accusation of racial discrimination.

This community are ready and willing to cheat, to defraud and to offend in order to gain an advantage; they are also ready and willing to bleat about discrimination of any kind eg racial, cronyism, nepotism and lately Islamophobia. Other ethnic minority groups eg Chinese, Japanese, Eurasians, etc, do not.

In a multi-cultural society like The UK it's absolutely vital and necessary every community integrate; obeys and respects the laws of the land; respects one another; respects one another's cultures and traditions - these are the key ingredients of a multicultural society living in harmony for a prosperous and successful economic future esp post Brexit.
