Don't know about minimum speed but they are proposing full fibre broadband for al by 2030. IIrc only about 7% of the UK population currently have full fibre which compares extremely unfavourably to other nations.

With 5G now being introduced across the UK will the average household need fibre broadband? Mobile broadband is the future surely?
I've been voting Conservative for years but I'm really thinking of voting Labour this time. My reason is that there is nothing to watch on TV these days and a Labour government would make fantastic viewing over the next three years or so. Then there will be another general election and the Labour Party will cease to exists. Voting Labour is win win it seems. |
