How much is the fine for not being in when they call?
Do you have an outer gate for your house? Consume some banana and honey. Or maybe some oily curry. Your next turd should be sticky. Don't flush it(better yet, catch it when it comes out). Take it out and stick it on the door handle of your gate just before they arrive.
Probably a bit extreme. Maybe offer them some toilet paper afterwards.
