Woman 'stuck in bath for eight days' in Loughborough

Well done indeed, very thoughtful action.

It doesn't say why she couldn't get out of the bath.

Seems very strange unless she's well overweight.

She could have slipped in the shower and broken a bone.  Also it's flu season - dangerous time for older folks.  My mum had it a couple of years ago along with several falls where she was too weak to get herself up and one night spent in the bath.  It's a concern for older folks who live alone
